Cancellation Policy

Plans change, that is normal. Here is what we can offer.

Full refund

Cancel before 12:00 noon, five days (or more) before your arrival date, and the room charge is refunded in full.

For example, for an arrival on 8 June, cancelling before noon on 3 June is fully refundable; after noon on 3 June the room charge is not refundable. For a multi-night stay, each night is counted separately.

Closer to arrival

Cancellations within 5 days, no-shows and early departures are not refundable. If something exceptional comes up, talk to us about moving the dates — it depends on availability.

Weather and exceptional cases

If a typhoon, heavy rain or another force majeure event makes travel impossible, the time limits above do not apply and the unused nights are refunded in full.

Open "My booking", look up the order with the phone number you booked with, and choose "Request cancellation". Or simply call us.
