In the northern Tianmu mountains, five minutes from Shenxi Canyon rafting. Mist in the morning, the stream at night — sit in the courtyard doing nothing, or walk down to the water.
Rooms
Two detached cottages with private courtyards, plus five rooms in the main house — every room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and a desk. Rates are per night and do not include meals.
About
The house backs onto the hill, with springs on both sides and the Shenxi stream straight ahead. Step outside and you are among bamboo, springs and running water — good for walking, climbing, or sitting by the stream all afternoon.
Downstairs is the dining and sitting area, with free-range chicken from our bamboo grove, vegetables from the slope and bamboo shoots in season. The stream at the door is the source of the Huangpu River and the river used for rafting.
